BRENHAM MCJROTC CADETS FINISH FIRST AT DAYTON MEET

  

Members of the Marine Corp Junior ROTC program at Brenham High School finished in 1st place at last weekend’s drill competition.  This season’s first competition was held at Dayton High School against 19 schools from Texas and Louisiana.

The Brenham Cadets earned recognition as meet champions with a 1st place overall finish. They also earned numerous event placements including: 1st academic, 1st inspection, 2nd unarmed regulation, 2nd unarmed exhibition, 3rd armed regulation, 2nd armed exhibition, 3rd male color guard.  Additionally, Cadet Captain Mason Williams placed 2nd place individually in drill knockout out of several hundred cadets.
