AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 13

  

The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned indictments on 13 suspects.

Austin County District Clerk Sue Murphy released the following names:

Jonathan Adam Williams, 38, charged with Burglary of a Habitation, offense occurring December 1, 2018.

Marco Antonio Monarca, Jr., 20, for Robbery occurring November 24, 2018.

Steven M. Simon, 22, charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, from December 29, 2018.

Melissa Dawn Hernandez, 48, charged with Theft of Property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions, along with Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Info, offenses occurring January 5^th.

Nathan Faisal Al-Shaharani, 28, for Criminal Mischief between $2,500 and $30,000, as well as Obstruction or Retaliation, from December 31, 2018.

Wesley Glenn McCain, 41, for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, occurring January 29^th.

Erik Antonio Cruz, 24, charged for Driving While Intoxicated, 3^rd or More, on December 1, 2018.

James Logan Claunch, 54, for Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence with the Intent to Impair, from January 10^th.

King Waymon, 33 , Mark Alexander Penna, 26 , Heaven Wheeler, 27, Daniel David Hennessey, Jr., 47, and Stephen Geoffrey Golden, 44, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
