BLUEBONNET ELECTRIC BEGINNING BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS TUESDAY IN BRENHAM
The first of Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative’s 80th birthday celebrations gets underway tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon in Brenham.
The event takes place from 2 to 5:30 p.m. at Bluebonnet’s member services center in Brenham, at 2401 Highway 290 West.
Festivities will include refreshments, a display of vintage electric appliances, and the opportunity to meet and take photos with a fully outfitted Bluebonnet lineman.
There will also be a birthday event Thursday afternoon in Giddings, also from 2 to 5:30 p.m. That will be held at 3190 East Austin Highway.
Additional celebrations will be held next Monday in Lockhart, next Wednesday in Manor, and next Friday in Bastrop.
