LOCAL POLICE MAKE CRIMINAL TRESPASS ARRESTS
Three people face Criminal Trespass charged after their arrests this weekend.
Sunday night, just before 9:30, officers were dispatched to Firemen’s Park, in the 900 block of North Park St. in reference to an intoxicated person.
61-year old Bobby Mathis of Brenham was taken into custody for Public Intoxication and Criminal Trespass.
Friday afternoon, just before 1:00, police were contacted by a manager WalMart, on Highway 290 west, who reported there were trespassers inside the store.
Investigation revealed 40-year old Billy Davis of Brenham and 38-year old Michael Dudich of Cypress, were in the store.
The two were located and were arrested for Criminal Trespassing.
