BRENHAM SPECIAL OLYMPICS COMPETES IN BASKETBALL COMPETITION

On February 22, the Brenham Cubs Special Olympics Unified Team traveled to San Marcos to compete in the Area 13 Competition.

According to Special Olympics Coach Angela Moore, "The team did an awesome job supporting each other, resulting in bringing back a BRONZE medal!  This team truly showed unity and teamwork, assisting every player in scoring points."

The team advances to the state competition in Grapevine March 26-28.
