BURTON ISD ‘OFFICIALLY’ DELAYS ELECTION UNTIL NOVEMBER
The Burton School District has officially declared their May 2nd Board Election, post-poned.
Over a week ago, the Burton School Board elected to move the election, due to the Coronavirus.
Monday, the district officially declared the election is postponed until November 3rd.
The incumbents and candidates who filed for the May election will remain registered for the vote in November. Filings will not be reopened.
The election ballot will have incumbent Misty Lucherk and challengers Dean Fuchs, Boris Jumper, Sr., Sue Pinkerton, Donna Boehnemann Putnam, and Ricky Ripple vying for three at-large positions.
