The annual fundraiser for Brenham High School athletics has shifted to a virtual format, in order to encourage runners to still get their miles in while keeping in line with health safety recommendations.

Any time through Saturday, runners can complete the distance for which they registered, whether it be the Kids 1-mile, 5K, 10K, or Half-Marathon.  After they complete their run, they are asked to post an image of themselves on either the Blue Bell Fun Run Instagram or Facebook page, including the hashtag #bluebellfunrun2020.  They will then need to send an email to tracy@bluebellfunrun.com with their image and their confirmation number from the Race Roster, or their name and address.

Event organizer Stephen Puckett encourages runners to take whatever precautions they can in order to keep themselves and others safe.

Puckett says those who complete all the steps will still get some sweet rewards.

Anyone looking to sign up for the Blue Bell Fun Run can still do so online at http://bluebellfunrun.com.
