WALLER CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE INVESTIGATING OFFICER IMPERSONATION INCIDENT
The Waller County Sheriff’s Office is looking into an incident of officer impersonation that occurred Wednesday night.
Around 10:30 p.m., a white Ford truck with a lightbar and lights on its two side mirrors pulled over a vehicle on Bowler Road and FM 1488, north of Waller. According to the Sheriff’s Office, the man in the truck presented himself as a police officer while wearing a dark uniform with no badge, firearm, or gun belt.
The man is described as a white male in his 30s, approximately 5’10” with a thin build, brown hair slicked back with gel, no facial hair or visible tattoos, and speaking with an accent. The reporting person also said the man in question did not identify himself with a particular agency.
