BRENHAM SCHOOL BOARD TO DISCUSS 2020-21 CALENDAR, BUDGET

  

The upcoming school year’s instructional calendar and budget will be among the topics discussed at Monday’s virtual meeting of the Brenham School Board.

Trustees will hold discussion on the 2020-21 instructional calendar, and receive an update on the new school year’s district budget.

The board will also go over interview training for the district’s ongoing search for a new superintendent, and will consider possible approval of a new Director of Communication and Special Projects to replace the outgoing Jessica Johnston.

Other items on Monday’s agenda include going over the results of a staff/parent return to work/school survey, the selection of a 2020 Texas Association of School Boards board delegate and alternate, and teacher contracts.  An executive session will also be held to discuss personnel matters.
