GIDDINGS WOMAN CHARGED WITH MURDER AFTER MAN SHOT TO DEATH AT HOME
Giddings police have charged a local woman with murder after they say a man was shot to death at the home they both lived in.

Sunday morning, just after 4:30 a.m., police and Texas Rangers were dispatched to the Sun Valley Mobile Home Park at 640 Seguin Street after receiving a report that a person had been shot.
When authorities arrived, they found 44-year-old Julio Munoz of Giddings dead from a single shotgun wound.
After investigation, 37-year-old Pamela Elmyra Ramirez of Giddings, who police say lived in the same residence with Munoz, was arrested and charged with murder.
Ramirez remains in custody at the Lee County Jail, with bond set at $125,000.
