4-H FAMILY NIGHT FRIDAY AT WASHINGTON CO. FAIRGROUNDS SALES FACILITY

  

The youth of 4-H in Washington County will be recognized for their accomplishments tonight (Friday) at the annual 4-H Family Night at the Washington County Fairgrounds.

Due to inclement weather, the gathering is now being held at the Fairgrounds sales facility.  The event will begin with a meal at 5:45 p.m., followed by an awards program at 6:45 p.m.

According to County Extension Agent Allyson James, the event has received approval from the local government to have a gathering of more than 100 people.

The theme for this year’s event is “We Stick Together” with cacti.  Attendees will be required to wear masks unless they are eating or drinking.

KWHI will broadcast the program beginning at 6:30 p.m.
