AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS HOUSTON MAN FOR ARSON IN SEALY

  

A Houston man is out on bond after his indictment last week by the Austin County Grand Jury for Arson.

26-year-old Eric Paul Harmeyer was arrested September 29th by the Sealy Police Department, charged with Arson intending Damage to a Habitat or Place of Worship, a first degree felony.

The indictment returned last week alleges that Harmeyer, on or about September 29th, lit a house in Sealy on fire “with intent to damage or destroy” the home.

If convicted, Harmeyer faces between 5-99 years in prison and fines of up to $10,000.

Also indicted by the Austin County Grand Jury:

35-year-old Jeremy Clayton, charged with Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.  Clayton led authorities on a two-day manhunt in Austin and Colorado Counties before being apprehended October 13th.

25-year-old Bianca Royiesha Larzo was also charged with Evading Arrest or Detention with a vehicle.  The alleged offense occurred July 26th.

36-year-old Anthony Bravo, for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More Offense, occurring July 12th.

39-year-old Steven Allen Anderson, 29-year-old Ashley Avery, 23-year-old Jerry Luciano Belasco, 32-year-old Richard Lee Hunt, 26-year-old Eugene Williams, III, and 62-year-old Robert Lee Williams, all for Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

46-year-old Jeffery Florence and 50-year-old Jennifer Janell Reaves, both for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
