WASHINGTON CO. CHAMBER/BRENHAM EDF TO PRESENT AWARDS TUESDAY IN VIRTUAL CEREMONY

The Washington County Chamber of Commerce and Brenham Economic Development Foundation will recognize 2020’s Man and Woman of the Year and several other award recipients tomorrow (Tuesday), albeit in a virtual fashion.

All of tomorrow’s award ceremonies and activities will be pre-recorded, beginning at 10:30 a.m. with the recognition of outgoing board members and the announcement of the Blue Blazer of the Year and Small Business of the Year.

The Man and Woman of the Year will be announced to the public in a video, which will be posted to the Chamber’s YouTube channel at 12:30 p.m. The Chamber encourages the public to get lunch from a local restaurant and tune in to watch the video at that time.

KWHI will broadcast the awards ceremony beginning at 10:30 a.m., and will announce the winners of the Man and Woman of the year awards at the end of the noon hour tomorrow.
