BRENHAM FIRE DEPARTMENT EXTINGUISHES STOVE FIRE AT LOCAL APARTMENT
The Brenham Fire Department extinguished a fire just before midnight at a Brenham apartment complex.
The department was called out at 11:45 p.m. to the Brenham Oaks Apartments on Stringer Street to find a fire on top of a stove. The fire was extinguished, and the smoke was removed.
There was fire damage to the wall behind the stove and cabinets above the stove. Smoke damage was throughout the apartment.
No one was injured.
