Twenty-four people have been indicted in the latest edition of the 21st District Grand Jury in Washington County.
Among those indicted:
38-year-old Mario Antonio Hernandez of Brenham, Continuous Sexual Assault of a Child.
46-year-old Darin Dewayne Walker of Washington, Fail to Register as a Sex Offender.
20-year-old Xavier Montell Hull of Houston, Theft of a Firearm.
29-year-old Tyler Brice Johnson of Spring, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
36-year-old Marco Antonio Moreno of Brenham, Criminal Mischief $2,500-to-$30,000.
33-year-old Eliazar Torres Garcia of Brenham, Evading Arrest/Detention with Vehicle.
60-year-0ld Reginald Wayne Blue of Killeen, 48-year-old Mark Edward Calcote of Brenham, 42-year-old Abelardo Segovia Galindo of Ft. Worth, and 50-year-old Sonnet Elizabeth Summers of Brenham, Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More Offense.
21-year-old Hector Raul Flores of Bellville, Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance/with a Deadly Weapon.
44-year-old Don Alfred Boyce of Somerville, Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance/with a Deadly Weapon – Habitual Offender and Unlawful Possession of Firearm – Habitual Offender.
20-year-old Mark Anthony Barnes of Austin, 27-year-old James Michael Beamon of Bleiblerville, 24-year-old Kaitlyn Rae Hart of The Woodlands, 21-year-old Harold Jaquay Howard of Brenham, 18-year-old Madison Ann Sain of Cypress, 20-year-old Matthew Aaron Sain of Cypress, and 34-year-old Bret Michael Walters of Brenham, Possession of a Controlled Substance.
