LOCAL POLICE CHARGE MISSOURI MAN WITH THEFT/RESISTING ARREST

A Missouri man has been charged after Brenham Police were called to the local WalMart, Sunday morning.
Just before 11:30 a.m., Sunday, police were dispatched to a theft call. 22-year-old James McCullough of Independence, Missouri was arrested for Theft of Property Between $750-and-$2,500.
McCullough was also charged with Resisting Arrest Search or Transport. It was also found that he was wanted on numerous outstanding warrants out of Brazos County.
McCullough was taken to the Washington County Jail.
