BRENHAM POLICE DEPARTMENT UTILIZING DRONE DURING WASHINGTON CO. FAIR

  

The Washington County Fair is underway this week, and some residents and visitors to the Expo may notice something flying overhead.

The Brenham Police Department is notifying the public that it will be using the department’s drone to monitor pedestrian and vehicular traffic, as well as parked cars, throughout the fair.

The department says while it will have officers in the area, the drone will provide an extra level of protection to keep the public safe.
