NINE INDICTED BY AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY
Nine people were indicted last week by the Austin County Grand Jury.
20-year-old Zion Holmes, indicted for Aggravated Robbery, alleged offense occurring August 8th.
42-year-old August Ryan Roberts, IV, for Terroristic Threat against a Peace Officer or Judge, from October 16th.
25-year-old JaMichael Dijon Adams, charged with Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More, from October 14th.
35-year-old Joshua Davis, indicted for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, both charges from October 17th.
49-year-old Ronald Christopher Finley, for two counts of Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone from October 5th and 7th, and Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone from October 12th.
44-year-old Bruce Wayne Davis, 57-year-old Vincent Edwards Fisher and 36-year-old Preston Luciano Kerner, all charged with Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Davis’ charge is from October 22nd, Fisher’s is from September 13th, and Kerner’s is from January 23rd.
25-year-old Jose Luiz Rivera Zuniga, for Possession of a Controlled Substance, from June 9th.
