BLUEBONNET MASTER GARDENER SALE BEING HELD APRIL 9
The Bluebonnet Master Gardner Association is hosting their Annual Plant Sale in two weeks.
This year’s sale will be held on Saturday, April 9, from 9am-5pm at the Sealy Historical Park.
A wide variety of plants will be available for purchase including roses, “Texas Superstar” plants, “Texas Native” plants, “Earth Kind” plants, succulents, butterfly friendly plants, ground covers, herbs, bushes, fruit and citrus trees, blueberries, blackberries, and a few surprises.
There are also going to be rain barrels, a variety of planters, and other garden items.
All plants are locally sourced to ensure that they are climatized for this area.
Many expert Master Gardeners will be on hand at the Plant Sale to help customers find that special plant, and give instructions on the proper care.
Proceeds from the sale go to help the Bluebonnet Master Gardeners support the counties of Austin, Colorado, Fayette, and Washington with college scholarships for graduating seniors, community gardens, and other local activities.
