‘BLUE SUNDAY’ PRAYER VIGIL AT WASHINGTON CO. COURTHOUSE
The public is invited on Sunday to downtown Brenham for a prayer vigil bringing awareness to child abuse in the community.
The Department of Family and Protective Services, Washington County Child Welfare Board and CASA for Kids of South Central Texas will observe Blue Sunday beginning at 6 p.m. on the Washington County Courthouse lawn.
Blue Sunday is a national day of prayer for abused and neglected children and the organizations that work with them.
State Senator Lois Kolkhorst will be a special guest speaker at the event.

Praying for all those children and their families. The court house needs to punish those abusers and make justice for those kids it’s sad a drug dealer gets more time and punishment than a child molester . See something say something ???
