ELEVEN PEOPLE SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Eleven people pled guilty and were sentenced by Judge Reva Towslee Corbett and visiting Judge J.D. Langley in District Court this week.

Ignacio Reyes Aviles, 39 of Brenham, was sentenced to 20 years in prison for 4 counts of Intoxication Manslaughter with Vehicle.

Quintin Lee Carr, 36 of Brenham, was sentenced to 12 years in prison for Burglary of a Habitation.

Christopher Jefferson, 30 of Brenham, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, Assault of a Family Member with a Previous Conviction, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.

Brantavion Cloud, 22 of Brenham, was sentenced to 6 years in prison for Deadly Conduct – Discharge of a Firearm.

Einn Xzavier Donald, 30 of Cypress, was sentenced to 4 years in prison for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.

Marco Moreno, 37 of Brenham, was sentenced to 18 months in state jail for Criminal Mischief between $2,500 and $30,000.  He was also ordered to pay $4030 in restitution.

Arturo Ramon Lara, 39 of Brenham, was sentenced to 8 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $1500 fine.

Deadrius Dewayne Walker, 27 of Washington, Texas, was sentenced to 6 years deferred adjudication probation for Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.  He was also ordered to pay a $2000 fine, perform 150 hours of community service and spend 180 days in the Washington County Jail as a condition of probation.

Emilio Alvarado, 18 of Spring, was sentenced to 5 years deferred adjudication for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.

Jaylon Latrell Caldwell, 19 of Tyler, was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.

Brenden Christopher Dupre, 25 of Mamou, Louisiana, was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.
