BURTON CITY COUNCIL TO MEET TUESDAY

  

The Burton City Council will hold its next regular meeting on Tuesday.

Coming before councilmembers is an agenda item to select Langford Community Management Services as the grant administration services provider to complete a Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) funding application.  The item also selects the consultant to administer the program if the city is selected for funding.

In other action, the council will consider approving the 2021-22 fiscal year audit as presented by Medack & Oltmann, LLP.  It will then look to approve amended budgets for the 2022-23 fiscal year, reflecting actual income and expenses for the first and second quarter of the fiscal year.

The council will meet Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. at Burton City Hall.
