REALITY EDUCATION FOR DRIVERS OFFERED IN NAVASOTA

  

Drivers are invited to learn about traffic safety and injury prevention at a program next week in Navasota.

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and The Reality Education for Drivers (RED) will be at Navasota Municipal Court in the City Hall Council Chambers, 200 East McAlpine Street, on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m.

The program is available to judges, justices of the peace, public safety officials, educators and community groups to steer young drivers toward safer driving habits.  It is offered by the Brazos Valley Injury Prevention Coalition & Statewide Initiatives.

The course will be presented by Project Coordinator Mary Jo Prince and her associate, Pam Todaro.  For those unable to attend, Prince and Todaro will also be at the Precinct 3 Justice of the Peace – Mark Laughlin’s Community Room, 205 Veteran’s Parkway, on Wednesday at 2 p.m.
