BRENHAM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO HEAR VARIANCE REQUEST FOR CARPORT ADDITION

  

The Brenham Board of Adjustment will meet Monday to take up a variance request from homeowners who are looking to add to their property with a carport.

Stephen and Jeanette Forman are requesting a 5-foot south side yard setback, where a minimum of 10 feet is required, in order to build an attached carport at their residence at 607 Alma Street.

City staff recommends approval of the variance request.

The board will meet Monday at 5:15 p.m. at Brenham City Hall.
