BRENHAM POLICE MAKE THANKSGIVING DAY WARRANT ARREST
(Washington Co. Jail)
An Austin woman was arrested on Thanksgiving Day for a theft warrant.
Brenham Police Sergeant Terrence Johnson conducted an investigative stop on a vehicle around 2:30 p.m. in the 1100 block of Highway 290 East.
Contact was made with the driver, 36-year-old Michaela Miche Austin-Morris, who showed to have an active warrant for her arrest. Sgt. Johnson confirmed that she did have an active warrant for Theft with Prior Convictions out of the Pflugerville Police Department.
Austin-Morris was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail, where she was booked in on the warrant.
