BURTON SCHOOL BOARD TO CONSIDER JOINT ELECTION CONTRACT WITH WASHINGTON CO.
The Burton School Board will take up a joint election contract with the Washington County elections office at a special meeting Monday.
The agreement allows Burton ISD to save on costs with holding the May 6th trustee election.
Four candidates are running for three seats on the board, including incumbents Dean Fuchs, Misty Lucherk and Donna Putnam, along with former trustee Ande Bostain.
The board will meet Monday at 5 p.m. in the Burton High School auditorium.
