NAVASOTA POLICE INVESTIGATING SHOOTING IN PARKING LOT; NO INJURIES REPORTED
Navasota police say there are no injuries following a shooting Wednesday night in a business parking lot.
Officers responded around 10:30 p.m. to the 500 block of West Washington Avenue and located evidence of a shooting there.
Police say after reviewing video footage and speaking with witnesses, they determined that two groups of people were exchanging words at the business. As one group drove away, they fired multiple shots at the other group.
Police have not identified any suspects.
