NAVASOTA MUNICIPAL POOL SET TO RE-OPEN FOR THE SUMMER

The City of Navasota will hold the grand re-opening for the Municipal Pool this Monday on Memorial Day.

According to the Navasota Parks and Recreation Department, the re-opening comes after the completion of various renovations to the pool’s outdated and  faulty systems.

The pools now have brand new commercial pumps, plumbing, and chemical controllers to keep the water sanitized and deeply cleaned.

The City of Navasota’s Pretty City Committee also recently re-painted, cleaned, and repaired the bathrooms and chairs.

Public swim hours at the Municipal Pool are Monday thru Friday from 1-4pm.

General admission is $5 per person.  Children ages two and under get in for free. Children 14 years old and younger, must be accompanied by an adult.

For more information regarding the pool, contact the Navasota Parks and Recreation Department at 936-825-6475.
