CITY OF CARMINE INTRODUCES ONLINE BILL PAY

  

Carmine residents now have the ability to pay their utility bills online.

The City of Carmine has partnered with Nexbillpay, a third-party automated payment service, to offer an online portal for customers to manage their utility accounts, monitor usage, receive text/email alerts, view their bills and enroll in auto pay.

Customers will need to create an account and have the account number provided on their statement in order to view and pay their bills online.  If they do not have their statement on hand, they can request their account number by calling the City of Carmine at 979-278-3273. 

Anyone who wishes to be included in the alert system can email carmine@cityofcarmine.com with an updated cell phone and email address.
