BURTON SCHOOL BOARD TO DISCUSS STATE FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY RATING

  

The Burton School Board will hold its next regular meeting on Monday.

The meeting will open with discussion of the school district's "superior" state financial accountability rating.

After that, trustees will hear a series of reports, including an update on the bond project and monthly reports from the principals, athletic director and superintendent.

Also in regular session, the board will evaluate the ESL program for the 2022-23 school year and consider nominations for the Washington County Appraisal District Board of Directors. District safety and security is also a topic on the agenda.

An executive session will be held to discuss personnel.

The board will meet Monday at 6 p.m. in the Burton High School auditorium.
