CUBETTES UPSET #14 RANKED LAKE CREEK 35-30

The Brenham Cubette Basketball Team pulled off the upset of #14 Ranked Lake Creek 35-30 last (Tuesday) night at the Brenham High School Gym. 

Yazmine Gaines led the way with 18 points, while Halle Scheel added eight points. 

The win improves the Cubettes to 15-11 overall, and 3-1 in district. They are now in a four-way tie with Lake Creek, Magnolia, and Magnolia West for first place

Next up, the Cubettes will be at Montgomery on Friday night at 6:30pm.
