BURTON CITY COUNCIL TO MEET TUESDAY
The Burton City Council will hold its next regular meeting on Tuesday.
On the agenda is a planned discussion on the city’s waste disposal needs.
There will also be action on approving amended budgets for the 2023-24 Fiscal Year, reflecting actual income and expenses for the fiscal year’s third quarter.
In addition, councilmembers will vote on closing North Railroad Street from West Washington Street to the Post Office drop box on March 9th from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for Texas Ranger Day.
The council will also go through standard monthly reports.
The council will meet Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. at Burton City Hall.
