CUBS STILL WINLESS AS THEY FALL TO MONTGOMERY 4-0

The struggles at the plate continued for the Brenham Cub Baseball Team as they fell to the Montgomery Bears 4-0 on the road last (Tuesday) night.

Brody Hemann took the loss on hill. He shut down the Bears for the first four innings, but Montgomery got to him for four runs in the bottom of the fifth.

Drake Bentke had Brenham's only three hits in the game, two singles and a double.

The Cubs drop to 0-5 in district. They will host Montgomery tomorrow (Thursday) night at 7pm at Fireman's Park. KWHI will have live coverage beginning with the pregame 6:35pm.

College Station and Magnolia West were postponed due to the fields still being too wet to play on. They will try again tonight (Wednesday).
