General admission for “The Boot Scoot” is $60 per ticket, and reserved seating is available.

Foundation Executive Director Charli Smith said that last year’s event was very successful, drawing over 250 attendees, and they are hoping for a sold-out event this year.

Smith also pointed out that the more people who attend, the more hospice patients that they can help out.

The Heart of Acara Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial relief or amenities to improve the quality of life for those diagnosed with a terminal illness, and supporting awareness, and access to end-of-life care.
