POLICE DEPARTMENT INVESTIGATING BURGLARY

  

The Brenham Police Department is investigating a burglary Monday.

They report that Monday afternoon at 5:30, Officers were dispatched to a residence located in the 200 block of Lockett Street in reference to a burglary. Initial investigation revealed that unknown persons made forced entry into the residence and rummaged through the attached garage of the residence. At the time of the report, the homeowner is going through their belongings to determine property missing from the home. The case is currently under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division and if anyone has information, they are advised to contact the Brenham Police Department 979.337.7337.
