BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES

A Brenham man was arrested Tuesday after a traffic stop.
Brenham Police report that Tuesday afternoon at 12:45, Officer Nicolas Conforti conducted a traffic stop in the 2700 block of Highway 36 South. A probable cause search was conducted on the vehicle, and a controlled substance was located. The driver, Marcus Underwood,18 of Brenham, was placed in custody charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and transported to the Washington County Jail.
