NEARLY 1,000 EARLY VOTERS THROUGH THREE DAYS

  

Just shy of 1,000 people have voted early so far in the primary runoff election in Washington County.

Per numbers from Washington County Elections Administrator Carol Jackson, Wednesday saw a turnout of 317 people, including 309 Republicans and 8 Democrats.

The total of early voters through three days is 982, consisting of 957 Republicans and 25 Democrats. 

The May 2022 runoff election had 1,165 early voters through the same three-day window. 

Early voting continues today (Thursday) and tomorrow (Friday) at the Washington County Courthouse Annex.  Voting hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Election Day is Tuesday.
