The Washington County Grand Jury met on Tuesday and returned 41 indictments.
33-year-old Luis Banegas Ortiz of Brenham, indicted on two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
36-year-old Joshua Jeremiah Cloud of Brenham, for three counts of Burglary of a Habitation.
43-year-old Michelle Ennette Garcia of Brenham, for two counts of Burglary of a Habitation.
21-year-old Bryant Eduardo Perez-Beltran of Houston, for Money Laundering $30,000 – $150,000 and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
29-year-old Ryan Thomas Ramirez of Lyons, for three cases of Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information Under 5 Items Against the Elderly and four cases of Forgery/Defrauding the Elderly.
34-year-old Jessa Lynn Coke of Tomball, for Assault of a Public Servant.
46-year-old Antonio Cantrell Richardson of Somerville and 33-year-old Nikki Lee Spitzer of Somerville, both for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information Under 5 Items Against the Elderly and Forgery/Defrauding the Elderly.
34-year-old Brandon Jerome Patterson of Giddings, for two counts of Theft of Property Under $2,500 with Two or More Previous Convictions.
19-year-old Kamrin Keion Riley Best of Austin, for Assault of a Family Member Impeding Breath or Circulation.
41-year-old Taurus Lindsey of Bellville and 30-year-old James Ira Thomas IV of Brenham, both for Theft of Property Under $2,500 with Two or More Previous Convictions.
30-year-old Humberto Garcia Ponce of Rosharon, for Theft $2,500 – $30,000.
22-year-old India Elise Allen of Brenham and 58-year-old Jeff Andrew Williams of Houston, for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information Under 5 Items.
33-year-old Michael Craig Rhone Jr. of Houston, for Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
51-year-old Richard Allen Mann of Hewitt, for Evading Arrest/Detention with Previous Conviction.
38-year-old Matthew Way Taylor-Blanchard of Somerville, for Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone.
Five people were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance. They are 27-year-old Gabriel Paul Hinton of Austin, 32-year-old Freddie Martinez Jr. of Brenham, 41-year-old Jermaine Earl Reliford of Brenham, 26-year-old Alexandra Alysa Spencer of Deer Park, and 18-year-old Marcus Jay Underwood of Brenham.
The following people were previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested, so their names can now be released.
40-year-old Frank Jason Nickerson of Brenham, for Assault of a Family Member with Previous Conviction.
41-year-old Tiffany Lashae Rogers of Brenham, for two counts of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
54-year-old Stephen Murray Matthew Simpson of Caldwell, for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
57-year-old Randa Newman Allie of Brenham, for Injury to a Child.
50-year-old Monica Oralia Salgado of Brenham, for Theft of Property $2,500 – $30,000.
