AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 13

  

Thirteen people were indicted last week by the Austin County Grand Jury.

38-year-old Travis Lamon Sanders, indicted for Assault of a Family or Household Member with Previous Conviction.  

32-year-old Bradley Wayne Hartshone and 32-year-old Guadalupe Morales Montoya, both on two counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance.

26-year-old Sonny John Miller, for Theft of Property $750 - $2,500 Enhanced.

31-year-old Frank Ashton Jr., for Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

51-year-old Gina Lynn Gray, for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle. 

52-year-old Russell Laverne Singleton Jr., for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

42-year-old Alissa Bazinet, 33-year-old Royce Lane Divin Jr., 36-year-old Erick Wayne Johnson, 36-year-old Raul Antonio Miramontes, 39-year-old Ryan Wallace and 33-year-old Charles Marvin Young, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
