5 PEOPLE PLEAD GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT
Five people plead guilty and were sentenced by Judge Reva Towslee Corbett in District Court this week.
Boysie Deleon Cole, III, 30 of Washington, was sentenced to 8 years in prison for Theft Cattle or Livestock less than $150,000 and Criminal Mischief less than $2500. He was also ordered to pay $8717 in restitution.
Shanna Damon Smith, 43 of Houston, was sentenced to 241 days in state jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Santiago Berrios Armas, 25 of Brenham, was sentenced to 149 days in the Washington County Jail for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member.
Marcus Jay Underwood, 18 of Brenham, was sentenced to 5 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
Caleb Loza Diaz, 20 of Leander, was sentenced to 3 deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
