CLINT KOLBY JOINING BLUEBONNET ABSTRACT AS GENERAL COUNSEL, FORMING NEW LAW FIRM
Brenham attorney and city councilmember Clint Kolby is taking on a new role, as he is joining Bluebonnet Abstract & Title.
Kolby, who worked for seven years at the law firm Betts, Walters & Mutscher, P.C., now serves as General Counsel at Bluebonnet, where he will assist with any real estate transaction legal matters. In addition, he is partnering with Bluebonnet’s president and founder, Shane Nelson, to form a new law firm named Kolby Nelson, LLP, which will focus on real estate, estate planning, business law and intellectual property.
Kolby says he is looking forward to this new venture and to serving the community in a new way.
Kolby graduated from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and served seven years as the project manager with the Brenham Economic Development Foundation. He went on to graduate from the South Texas College of Law in Houston and became an attorney with Betts, Walters & Mutscher, P.C. He has served on the Brenham City Council since 2018.
