WASHINGTON COUNTY 21 DISTRICT COURT SENTENCES
Seven people plead guilty to felony offenses and received terms ranging from probation to prison in the latest session of the Washington County 21st District Court.
40-year-old Isaac Deleon of Houston was sentenced to 15 years in prison and ordered to pay court costs for Assault of a Peace Officer, a second-degree felony.
28-year-old Marina Janelle Najera of Brenham had her probation adjudicated and was sentenced to seven years in prison for Burglary of a Habitation, a second-degree felony. She must also pay court costs, a $1,000 fine, a court appointed attorney fee, and a $30 Crime Stoppers fee. Najera was also sentenced to seven years in prison for Aggravated Robbery, another second-degree felony.
47-year-old Antonio Cantrell Richardson of Somerville was sentenced to three years in prison and ordered to pay court costs for a third-degree felony charge of Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information Less Than Five Items from an Elderly Individual. He was also sentenced to 196 days in a State Jail Facility and ordered to pay court costs on a State Jail Felony charge of Forgery-Defrauding the Elderly.
64-year-old Erwin Moore of Houston had his probation adjudicated and was sentenced to two years in prison for Theft of Cattle/Livestock Less Than $100,000, a third-degree felony. He will also have to pay $14,395 in restitution and a $50 Crime Stoppers fee.
53-year-old Lenora Johnson of Dayton had her probation revoked after a hearing, and was sentenced by the Court to six months in a State Jail Facility on a charge of Theft of Property $2,500-$30,000. She must also pay $11,753 in restitution, court costs, and a court appointed attorney fee.
20-year-old Emeri Skye Barnes of Tomball was sentenced to six years deferred adjudicated probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Greater Than Four Grams, but Less that 400 Grams, a second-degree felony.
Barnes was also fined $500, ordered to pay $180 in restitution, perform 100 hours of community service, undergo drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment, enroll in a drug offender education program, provide a DNA sample, and urinalysis.
25-year-old McKenney Kaylin Kelley of Brenham was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram, a State Jail Felony.
She was also ordered to pay court costs, attorney fees, and $180 in restitution. In addition to that, Kelley will have to perform 100 hours of community service, undergo drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment, enter a drug offender education program, provide a DNA sample, and urinalysis.
