BRENHAM POLICE REPORT ARRESTS FOR TERRORISTIC THREAT, FAMILY ASSAULT
Brenham police arrested two people on Tuesday, one for terroristic threat and another on an assault charge.
At 2 p.m., officers responded to a business in the 100 block of Highway 290 West in response to a reported weapon-involved situation. After investigation, 72-year-old Kenneth Landgraf of Brenham was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threat and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. He was transported to the Washington County Jail.
Around 7:30 p.m., officers were called out to the 1900 block of Pecan Circle Drive in reference to a physical disturbance. 44-year-old James Leroy Hoskins of Houston was placed under arrest for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member. He was taken to the Washington County Jail. Police later determined that Hoskins had an outstanding warrant from the TDCJ Austin Parole Division, so around 5:30 a.m. today (Wednesday), Officer Jenkins arrived at the jail, and the warrant was served.
I was surprised to see that Dr. Landgraf was arrested~~must be more to the story. While working at the Brenham Clinic, he was always attentive to his patients’ needs. I was one of his patients for years. Wonder what caused him to get into this situation.
I respect him. Prayers for all involved.
