The Brenham High School chapter of the National Honor Society puts on the program each year, presenting hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships to soon-to-be graduates as they prepare to take on life after high school.

The top graduates of the Class of 2025 are valedictorian Aidan Keller and salutatorian Alex Lawhorn.

Aidan, the son of Brandon and Jill Keller, will pursue chemical engineering at Texas A&M University.  He said this journey has taken a lot of perseverance but has been very rewarding.

Alex Lawhorn

Alex, the son of Jimmy and Emily Lawhorn, will also attend Texas A&M University, with plans to study aerospace engineering.  He said he has enjoyed being able to test his abilities and strive for excellence.

There are 370 graduating seniors this year, including 160 honor graduates.

Brenham High School’s graduation ceremony will be held on Friday, May 23rd at 8 p.m. at Cub Stadium.  KWHI will have a live broadcast of the event.
