SOUNDS OF NAVASOTA TO HOST BACK-TO-SCHOOL BASH WITH THE SPICOLIS SATURDAY

  

With the start of the new school year on the horizon, the City of Navasota is putting on a back-to-school bash with its next Sounds of Navasota concert tomorrow (Saturday).

The Spicolis will capture the fun and nostalgia of the 1980s with their performance, which gets underway at 7:30 p.m. on the grounds of Navasota City Hall. 

Food and drink vendors will be on site.  Guests are invited to bring lawn chairs and coolers.  The kids can enjoy activities like inflatable water slides.

The concert is free and open to all.

Beginning tomorrow at 2 p.m., East McAlpine Street from LaSalle Street to Farquhar Street, as well as part of Farquhar Street, will be closed for the concert.  The roads will reopen around 10 p.m.
