BURTON PANTHERS HOST SECOND SCRIMMAGE AT PANTHERS STADIUM ON THURSDAY

With the start of the 2025 football season just around the corner, the Burton Panthers are set to take the field for their second and final preseason scrimmage on Thursday, August 21, as they welcome the Leon Cougars to Panther Stadium.

The scrimmage marks the last live-action opportunity for Head Coach Jason Hodde and his squad to fine-tune their game plan and evaluate player performance before the regular season officially kicks off.

Following a productive first scrimmage last week, the Panthers will look to continue building momentum heading into a highly anticipated season opener against the Holland Hornets on Thursday, August 29.

Kickoff for Thursday’s scrimmage is set for 7:00 p.m. at Panther Stadium. With returning experience and a strong preseason showing, the Panthers are aiming to hit the ground running as the 2025 campaign begins.
