FAYETTE CO. FAIR CROWNS NEW QUEEN

  

The 98^th Annual Fayette County Fair got underway on Thursday with the crowning of new royalty.

The 2025 Fayette County Fair Queen is Hailey Janish, representing the Turtle Wing Foundation.  Janish sold an all-time record of $52,185 in season passes.

Janish was also awarded Most Photogenic and Miss Congeniality.

First Runner Up is Kara Croyle, representing the Flatonia Lions Club.  Croyle sold $30,975 in season passes and was named Miss Beauty and Poise. 

Rounding out the three is Ke’Anna Henderson, representing the Juneteenth Committee.  As Second Runner Up, Henderson sold $13,195 in season passes.

The 2025 Fayette County Junior Miss is Anabelle Zwahr, selling $26,526 in carnival passes.  First Runner Up, as well as Miss Congeniality and Miss Photogenic, was Ally Canada.  Canada sold $18,620 in carnival passes. 

Crowned as the 2025 Little Miss Fayette County was Koralyn Schneider, followed by Blair McCoy as First Runner Up.  Colbie Lange was awarded Little Miss Personality, and Hazel Freedman was named Little Miss Photogenic. 

Cooper Lange is the 2025 Little Mister Fayette County.  Maverick White was chosen as First Runner Up and Little Mister Photogenic.  Carson White was awarded Little Mister Personality. 

Combined season pass and carnival ticket sales totaled $167,676.  The fair says this was the first year to record that the junior miss contestants sold all the allotted carnival passes, totaling over $70,000 in presold carnival passes. 

Activities at the Fayette County Fairgrounds in La Grange continue through Sunday with livestock events, live entertainment and carnival games and rides.  More information is available at www.fayettecountyfair.org.
