Radio station KTTX, known as KTEX 106, is celebrating the latest Nielsen Company ratings for the Bryan/College Station area.

Cowboy Dave, Eilish, Craig Montana and
KTEX/KWHI General Manager Shannan Canales.
In the most recent Nielsen Radio Spring 2025 Bryan/College Station Total Survey Area ratings, KTEX 106 is the number one overall station in the important Adults 25-54 demographic, based on average rating and share Monday through Sunday 6 a.m. to midnight. The Bryan/College Station TSA includes Brazos, Burleson, Milam, Robertson, Madison and Leon counties. Also, among adults 25-54, the KTEX morning show of Eilish and Cowboy Dave was ranked #1 in the Monday through Friday 6 to 10 a.m. time period based on average rating and share. The KTEX midday show with Courtney Cartwright was also ranked #1 in the 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. time period. And the evening show with Craig Montana was ranked #1 7 p.m. to midnight among the adult 25-54 listening audience.
Station President Tom Whitehead says KTEX’s great ratings are a credit to the hard work General Manager Shannan Canales and her staff have put into serving the communities in the area. Whitehead says the fact that these ratings don’t even include KTEX’s home county of Washington, or the neighboring counties of Austin, Lee, Fayette, Grimes and Waller, really shows the popularity of the station in the region.
Canales also heaped praise on the KTEX staff.
The Nielsen Radio Spring Audio Survey was conducted April 3rd through June 25th of this year.
