Camp Friends Board Chair Jack Maddox said Camp For All covers the fees for many of its campers to participate, with the rest covered by supporting nonprofits. He said events like these do a great deal for raising awareness for what the nonprofit seeks to accomplish, and he is grateful for the strong support it continues to receive.

Proceeds from the gala’s live auction alone raised $34,500 from eight donated items, including $8,000 from an art piece by Alli Stark crafted using stems and leaves collected from the Camp For All grounds. Additionally, tens of thousands of dollars were pledged during the “Send a Camper to Camp” portion of the evening, allowing supporters to donate toward facility upgrades, supplies and other operational improvements.
