WASHINGTON CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 13

  

Thirteen indictments were returned during the latest session of the Washington County Grand Jury.  Only the names of those who have been arrested can be released:

64-year-old Gregory Paul Lockett of Brenham, indicted for Attempted Assault of Hospital Personnel on Hospital Property.

39-year-old James Edwin Ford of Austin, for Criminal Mischief $2,500 - $30,000.

22-year-old Miguel Angel Aguayo of Brenham, for Assault of a Family Member Impeding Breath/Circulation. 

50-year-old Joshua Abraham Isaac of Brenham, for Theft Less Than $2,500 with Two Previous Convictions.

21-year-old Hayden Alexander Torres of Brenham, for two counts of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

25-year-old Timothy Ray Ragston Jr. of Brenham, for Abandoning/Endangering a Child. 

26-year-old Jacinto Perez-Gonzales of Somerville, for Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.

28-year-old Darius Xavier Belt of Houston, 29-year-old Jordan Lewis of Franklin, Indiana, and 37-year-old Luther O’Neal Ragston III of Brenham, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
